Default Oil in cooling system on long studded engine

Hi All,

I have recently put together an engine with 6x long studs. I purchased the studs from JGE and they came with a fitting spec. Once the machine work was done, one of the installation instructions was to use a little bit of silicon on each of the seals at the block's deck, which I am thinking I may have been a little stingy on.

The result is that I have coolant jumping around at idle with the radiator cap and what appears to be a presence of oil in the radiator.

I am using a Reinz WRC head gasket from Burton Power as well.

I think the head is coming off regardless for a closer inspection, but my question is, has anyone ever seen symptoms like this (refer attached photos)? / Am I on the right track here with respect to IDing the problem..

Additionally, I have been advised that I should also be putting a bung in the block's centre oil feed and at the rear + a restrictor in the front oil feed. Is this a common modification?

As always, any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Damion
