Remove steering cooling top and bottom.
Remove 2 screws in top
Remove 2 screws lower one is under a snap cover rhs.
Remove surround.
you will the find 4 screws which hold the instrument cluster in. Remove those.
pull cluster towards you and disconnected Speedo cable you will feel a raised part push the into the centre and pull cable out.
then the cluster will move out more which you can now disconnected the wiring plugs.

It's not difficult.
