Default Is this timed up right? (New belt and tensioner)

Fitted new cambelt and pulley to engine during build and wanted to make sure, I haven’t done one of these for about 10 years

Can’t get aux pulley to line up (even though there’s no actual mark on the housing behind it I know where it’s supposed to go, read posts saying it doesn’t matter) but I think the timing is ok with the distributor?

Cam pulleys are pointing toward each other, was a little bit of resistance to get them that way but look ok now.

Now, crank pulley! I remember this being a previous subject of confusion, is it supposed to go ON mark, middle of the mark, or AFTER the mark?? I have numerous drawings and still non the wiser.

Thanks in advance for you help
