Blimey I have not see a charge cooler on a cossie for years.
I know that some escort cosworths came with them as std and they was built into the std intercooler on the hot side.

Personally as Mark has said I would bin it and fit a 500 type intercooler from Airtec or if going for more power in the future Pro alloy or Spec r.
Charge cooling is great in certain applications but not really for a road going car.

The system will be less cluttered and your temps will be less, also you have removed a restriction.

I would deal with one issue at a time or take it to a person who specialises in these.

IT will save you time and money.
