purchased an st170 recently for my Nurburgring trip in October and I've run into some.... issues shall we say
I have three codes showing one is showing as unable to complete full scan, then we have an intermittent one saying something about a purge canister and finally another intermittent code showing a lamda sensor problem.
I also have various lights that keep showing on the dash, these include a yellow light with a cog and exclamation mark, an intermittent engine light and an intermittent battery light.
the symptoms are intermittent hunting on idle (only once warm) and when floored pulls fine until about 5k rpm when the power disappears, its almost as if it hits a wall.
I've replaced the fuel pump, the fuel filter, coil pack, ht leads, spark plugs, engine coolant temp sensor and the previous owner replaced the lamda just before the cat
anybody got any ideas? because I'm ready to burn it now
