It runs an E-LSD as standard, which actually does an OK job. I have a complete E92 M3 rear axle, including plated diff, waiting to go on it.
And nope, doesn't run an air filter and hasn't done for around 10,000 miles. Recently had the compressor housing off and it's all good.
