If your willing to get stuck in and do as much as you can then I'd say you can claim it's built. Not everyone can build an engine or do paintwork. But if you still do a lot of work then fair play.
For me personally I'll continue to do as much as possible on my toys because it's my hobby but my next daily will without a doubt be getting left with someone else to do work and modifications while I'm at work.
