If less than 400bhp would a 6 paddle ap plate with standard cover do the job?
I,m at 360 (dynod at msd) and it works perfect but i dont abuse it to much.

Are you still on the cable or gone hydraulic? If cable a heavy cover is gunna be a bitch in traffic etc.
