Well well well.....when i finally got the car to the Tuner all the cracks are starting to appear! Car has been in limp mode all this time - conversation went like this:

Tuner: " Have you not noticed any loss of power?"

Me: "No , Since my ownership of any RS / Zetec Turbo , I've had so many problems I dont actually know what full power feels like!"

Tuner: " LOL - if i put it on the rollers we would be lucky to get 200 BHP"

Oh man!
