Main wire from battery is about 120 Amp when cranking, typical starter is about 1.4 kW so fed with 12 Volts would see about 116 Amp. I think the wire form the ignition switch to the solenoid is about 6 square mm (2.75 mm diameter) so it can carry about 47 Amps.
