I'm not keen to get another manifold - the one I have cost over £300! Sorry if I'm being dense, but I don't see how customising the bulkhead would help?
Bill is thinking of modifying the servo now, by cutting away some of the extension and then reassembling it with some welded reinforcement. He's very good at making things, so I'm optimistic...
