have an issue with 2012 Fiesta 1.6TDi

Have 2 fault codes what to check?

P02E2:11-A8-(PCM) - Diesel Intake Air Flow Control Circuit Low- Circuit Short To Ground - Not Current (DTC) - Warning Lamp On, Fault previously detected, not currently present, with warning lamp on ((MIL), Wrench, Message Centre, etc.).

P1412:00-6C-(PCM) - (EGR) Valve Frozen - No Additional Failure Type Information for this (DTC) - No Status, No valid status available.

Have reset DTC's , but comes back after a few days
