I have done a lot of internet research and some people have used nail varnish to fill deep scratches and then polish flat🤔

Also I have heard that heating the glass to melt to scratches out but would you wanna try it?

Tried for a while to polish number plate etchings out with no joy. My saffs rear screen had a similar issue due to being etched incorrectly and it looks shocking.
