Default Polishing scratches out of glass

I fear I already know the answer (replace) but given every piece of glass on my car other than the windscreen is affected, i'm hoping for some magic solution as i definitely am not replacing the full glass set .

Basically all my glass has a variety of scractches, a good 50% of which can be felt with the fingernail test (just!).
There are some ridiculously deep gouges that i know wont ever be rid of but im hoping i can bring down some of the shallower ones. I am by far a bufty so dont need a mirror finish, i just want to reduce how much the scratches are standing out and if possible, remove the non-fingernail level ones.

I have tried the normal compounds and got some Cerium Oxide too but found that did little to nothing more than the "off the shelf" compounds.
Have used drill/dremels with a mix of felt pads/wool pads/foam pads so far.

Is this the kind of thing a proper detailler could help with? Or is there something stronger that Cerium available?

Any ideas/suggestions much appreciated!
