Your right in saying the camber changes on the rear as the car accelerates and that can cause traction issues.
But I don’t think they are needed seeing as a lot of the quickest sierras that I’ve seen (in straight line acceleration) only have standard beams fitted...
There are other things you can do that cost no where near as much
