Evening all,

So I have the original sound 2000 "2008" radio cassette head unit & original 2028 separate cd player head unit in my sapphire.
The amps down in the footwell, and I have some leads from the head unit.
1 X red head plug
1 blue head plug (connects to the cd player??)
power lead
antenna lead

The issue is the cd head unit won't power up, it illuminates when the lights are put on but won't take a disc and the display is blank.

The radio head unit works as it should but when I connect the blue headed plug from the radio head unit into the back of the cd player the radio headunit just displays "disc" but still the cd unit doesn't respond.

Am I missing something, a lead, a code for the cd player???

Any help would be gratefully received.
