- Remove the clocks fascia (plastic cover that surrounds the read heated screen switch etc) (2 screws at top + disconnect wiring from the back of the switches etc)
- 4 screws then hold on the actual clocks unit, remove these and slide the unit forward
-Disconnect 2x wiring connectors + speedo cable allowing you to remove the unit in full

Then to open up the clock unit:
-About 6/8 screws in the back of the unit round the edge, undo these, that'll seperate the unit in 2
-Carefully prise off the needles making a note of exactly where they are sitting
-You can then get at the dials themselves


Thats all off memory but dont think i've missed anything major
That covers pretty much whats involved...be prepared to swear some while trying to disconnect the speedo cable!
