Top of my head
- Remove the upper steering cowl (2 screws).
- Remove the clocks fascia (plastic cover that surrounds the read heated screen switch etc) (2 screws at top + disconnect wiring from the back of the switches etc)
- 4 screws then hold on the actual clocks unit, remove these and slide the unit forward
-Disconnect 2x wiring connectors + speedo cable allowing you to remove the unit in full

Then to open up the clock unit:
-About 6/8 screws in the back of the unit round the edge, undo these, that'll seperate the unit in 2
-Carefully prise off the needles making a note of exactly where they are sitting
-You can then get at the dials themselves

Thats all off memory but dont think i've missed anything major
