Yes the V88 will work I have mapped a multiple throttle body inlet on one with no problems just throttle position map it with a pressure comp table trim.

Could you not use the vacuum block you already have and connect a ISCV (with a bypass port from front of intake manifold) to it or would that disturb the map signal?
