I haven’t used any idle valve on rods car what you probably see is the vacuum distribution block for the 4 take offs on the manifold going to it and the vacuum for the map sensor coming off the block.
The cold idle is very good with the Emtron as it has active idle ignition timing to help the cold idle speed.
