To fit coilovers on the rear you will have to 5 or 6 link the axle , you would be better off getting your leaf springs de cambered and fitting lowering blocks .
To fit the link kit you will have to fit link boxes to the shell which involves a lot of cutting and welding.

Iv just 5 linked my Capri it’s a lot of work as nothing Escort is a direct fit, lots of cutting shortening and welding needed! You can still fit coilovers to leaf springs I believe, but the turret boxes need seam welding.
