I spoke to Need2Insure who I currently have my insurance with and for Fire, Theft & Accidental Damage it would be about £150 for the year with an agreed valuation based on what the expected value of the vehicle at the end of the build. I assume depending on where I am in the build it would effect a pay out should anything go wrong but I just wanted some cover just in case.
