The Silver Capri is just an example of what he is looking at , not his own car. I would say that it is to low and the rear tyres probably rub on the arch when the extra weight of passengers are in it plus going over speed humps etc. As Caddyshack has said if you want to have really big wheels and tyres on a very low car to get it right extensive arch modification is the only way to go.
