You can add the heated seat pads to any seat, I had my Cossie ones retrimmed with heated elements in them so that is an easy one even in a bucket seat.

Air Con should be ok as you can put them in the Ultima kit car and the front should have room for the condensor rad. I could make do without aircon, I have a roof vent on my Cossie Pug and it is brilliant, if a little noisey.
