My "fun" car is purely a weekend toy, but having a kit refined enough to be used as a daily driver would be very cool. Guess you are going to need to deepen your pockets if you want all the toys though!
You can add the heated seat pads to any seat, I had my Cossie ones retrimmed with heated elements in them so that is an easy one even in a bucket seat.
Air Con should be ok as you can put them in the Ultima kit car and the front should have room for the condensor rad. I could make do without aircon, I have a roof vent on my Cossie Pug and it is brilliant, if a little noisey.
