I had this same leak it is to do with the o ring seal on that pipe, and by the look of it broken clip on the bottom as someone has cable tied it in place. I fixed it by going and getting a new o ring seal slightly thicker than the old one, mine also had broken clip on the bottom so had to cable tie it in place. HTH
