The true value is what someone is willing to pay.
This can be very different to what people put things up for sale.
Therefore the best advice would be from someone who has actually either just Bought or Sold a similar spec engine.
Common sense to me would be the value of the same spec 205 blocked engine plus about £1k (to allow for the 200 block).
