Needed to sort out some clearing issues for the new inlet manifold.



Got hold of a can of black spray at work that had to do for the inside of the bonnet. Nothing I'm proud of.



Cut the stock fuelrails to get AN fittings welded to them.



Got hold of a radiator with fans from a friend of mine.





After some degrease and washing the cooler and fans looked like new! The V6 Cosworth radiator is alot bigger than the stock Sohc radiator.



Fans in mounted!



Modified for the V6 radiator.



New inner stering arms.






Removed the gas tank.



Got some AN fittings fitted,



Some piping for the steering rack.



Last waterhose in its place. From a SAAB



Intake manifold almost done. About 10mm clearance to the bonnet.




Completed the intake manifold.









Startermotor back on.
