The 'Temp' inputs on the ecu have ecu internal resistors so 2 pin temperature sensors with variable resistance are ideal.

Pressure sensors if you want any, they recommend 3 pin 0-5v, i assume the 0.5-4.5v are also suitable, as the scaling will be setup/calibrated in the ecu on setup.
