The way I have looked at it mate is that if it ends up costing me the same as one already over here I will be happy. I've had the fun of buying it from Japan and shipping it over.

It currently stands me at £9080 (that includes all fees, import taxes etc. I will have to pay for delivery from Southampton to my door, then fit a rear fog light, then MOt then £55 to register it.

Now I know there are ones over here from £8000 upwards but when you look at those cars they can have 8+ owners, you look at mot history and they have corrosion issues and have been welded. The adverts say mileage is a mixture of miles and kms.

At least with mine I know it is totally standard, the Japanese speed re stricter is in place (180kph/115mph), the mileage is correct, it has had one Japanese owner and the underside is like brand new (no salt on the roads in Japan and very little rain.)
