Depends why you're fitting it.

If you need some heat protection for surrounding components, then yes of course it's worth doing ( a good quality one, not crap )

benefits are those surrounding components get protected lol.

If you dont need one, then there probably isnt much point. Any talk of performance gains...I'd like to see some proof on that.
