There is something going on that is not normal. I recently had new rear wheel bearings fitted on the rear of my 2wd Saff after 67,000 miles. I am not suggesting that you have done anything wrong but maybe you have misunderstood part of the installation prochedure or torque settings?
My father & I have change the bearings half of the time & the rest have been done by garages. I do wonder if we are doing something wrong but father is a fully qualified mechanic & has done this job many times over the years.
We have just bought a new torque wrench, fingers crossed this solves the issue.
