Thanks for replies guys

I've poorly in bed since Friday, but the last thing I did was finish off replacing all my springs. Also did front shocks and wishbones. Haven't looked at the shocks in too much detail, but wishbones were fine, but there is a little play in the wishbones rear bolt holes so i reckon if you did one at a time, one side jacked up and din't tighten the bolts in sequence, you might get a fair bit of play. So i had the front all up on stands with both sides hanging when I tightened them, and now it appears to be pretty near spot on Going to get it tracked again in next couple of weeks and see what that says.

Have new shocks for the rear too, but am going to have to wait until I'm fully recovered to go and get new bolts, as there's no way the old ones are coming off
