But a stage 3 chip will be for I guess a T3 or a T34, but not for a GT35R. I also don't understand the GT35R with greens. The greens will only do about enough fuel for 350 HP while the GT35R should maybe even do more than 500 HP?

And as you mentioned your best bet is new management. Something that someone can map properly local to you. Good mapping is the key.
