Yes sounds high to me to (Disclaimer. I am not an expert on these things).
Only reason I could think is the injectors are a bit on the small side for your power level and Fuel pressure has been increased to increase the flow.
I would have thought 3 bar or so was more the norm and probably a bit safer.
