Ok Craig well the EFi system really helps you out here, if there's someone that can map it and your engine is in good health then the normal route would be a stage 2 T3 (.36/50), an uprated clutch and intercooler and you could make over 200bhp.
I'm sure there must be someone over there that can supply you a recon T3, if not shipping a whole turbo from the UK really isn't that much money either.
