It is lol but let's be honest instead of moral there be a fair few out there like that and god knows how many mk1 and 2 escorts. If it was my car and I wanted to keep it and it was off the insurance records would I re shell it with a non cosworth id and loose thousands or do as above properly so you couldn't tell and have my car back no brainier. At the end of the day it's a 1 inch by 2 inch square with a number attached to a certain model lol the shell is the same. Personally I'd not be doing it for money I'd be doing it to have my car back as it was after some twat went up the back of it but that's just me as I'd have no intention of selling mine.
