bolt anti roll bar to chassis ( not to tight),undo your inner TCA bolts place one side of the ARB into your TCA and refit the inner bolt on that side, then for the other side put the anti roll bar into your TCA,put your wheel on full lock (handy to have someone hold it on full lock) then place the inner bolt for the TCA. went in easy enough , no strapping required
