As an apprentice in the early nineties I bought a budget tool box and cab, the wheels where crap and I sat it in a cradle made with wheels from a supermarket trolley. This year I bought a secondhand snap on set up as the box was rotting but 20 yrs use as an agricultural fitter I wouldn't say no to budget if you insist on new.
