Hi

I going to check a car out next monday in Leeds.
HPI is good.
Except the V5 registration is on the sellers brothers name.
Bill of sale is on the sellers name.
He tells me that that was done for better insurance/tax rates.

Is this a problem or not ?
I am from Belgium and going to export the car to Belgium.
