Maybe a sprung plate does not offer the required amount of dampening for the noise to stop.

There was a recent post on Facebook where the guy had got his crank, flywheel, and clutch all dynamically balanced.
He experiences hardly any noise.

I wasnt aware you coild fit a standard clutch to the ttv. Certainly makes the conversion a lot cheaper
