Sorry folks i'm opening up this old chestnut!

My ST170 reverse lights aren't coming on (bulbs/fuses changed) but my wiper does, which I assume means my reverse switch is fine.

Does this means i'm having the resistance issue (bad connection) as noted above? Any tips appreciated.
