Cracking looking little TT's chaps!

Being Audi paint, they do really last well - it's a bit of an arse to machine polish as it's pretty hard, but the outcome lasts and lasts.

Had Cherie's Mk1 invited to a relaunch of the Audi showroom in Northampton July 2015 as it's so clean and 100% original.

On the TT forum I'm on, one of the Owner's Club reps had been approached by someone from Northampton Audi for some TTs to be on display for their new 'Showroom Showcase'. So I volunteered my little beast as she's presentable and standard, which is what they wanted. Apparently they've expanded the showrooms, and were having an invitation only opening night.

The display was MK1, MK2 and MK3 coupés and roadsters:

The MK2s and MK3s that they'd put on display could have done with a clean first!, and the MK1 roadster that had volunteered could have done with a going over with a bit of quick detailer, so mine was easily the cleanest there. Even so, and even with us knowing she's in very good condition (barring a couple of little cosmetic niggles to sort), it was very nice to get some compliments from complete strangers (and some of the other TT owners who were there too) on her condition.
