There's nothing bloody wrong with that shell from what I can see. As mentioned someone's pulling your pants down.
Get and hoover out the inside of the car, Then scrub the inside with some hot soapy water to clean the paintwork. You can then see what you're looking at.. is the loose stuff carpet underlay or rust pieces?
Both the front and rear panels look fine from the pictures. You do need to remove the 2 skirts and 4 arches to show us what it looks like.... The inner sills look fine as does the floor pans. The sunroof cassette is common to rot there, chop out the rot and replace with a new bit of metal.
The handbrake looks too high. drop it back down and count how many 'clicks' until fully engaged, You may need to adjust it under the car. Get rid of those silly metal pedals and that stainless sill plate, The black vinyl is very rare and worth ensuring you keep it... It's no longer available.
i thought pretty much same when I took the interior out I thought not too bad apart from the sunroof so you can imagine my shock when i was told 12,000 would you go for complete roof replacement?
