Hello Speedy G,

I had the same problem with my sapphire 4wd cos. When I put the throttle down and the boost raised above the 1 bar....I've noticed that the ignition backed the engine off. Very irritating. A dutch cosworth tuner told me to look at the connectors above the back of the engine. There hanging a lot of connectors (I thought 4). He told me to clean the connector and connect them again. In my case there is one connector which wouldn't close very good because something was broken. but the problem was away now. I hope it is the same problem with your cossie.

Best regards,
