Standard head bolts.New 200 block,Group A spec ported and polished head, Balanced bottom end with competition bearings, uprated oil pump,7.45-1 low comp Mahle pistons with pocketed valve cut outs,T38 turbo with billet compressor wheel BD10 & BD12 cams,A&S hart style inlet, Siemens 890cc injectors, L8 ecu with custom MSD chip, wasted spark ignition, lightened flywheel, hydraulic clutch conversion with helix 6 paddle clutch, Bosche 044 fuel pump, new engine and fans wiring looms, RS500 style intercooler, pre-turbo cooler and uprated aluminium radiator.
All "old fashioned" by todays standard but it still goes well and has plenty of get up and go!
The point I am trying to make is you can safely upgrade your power and still keep reliability.I have done a lot of miles in mine and its power gets well used but so far so good.
My advice to you would be talk to a Cosworth specialist, tell him what you want and what will be required to achieve it.
