Thing is now most garages rarely do any welding anymore as cars don't rust like they used to and a lot of the younger guys coming into the trade can't weld as they haven't had the need/chance to do it. In the 90s when I started the welder was on the go all day every day welding up cars from the 80s that were only 10 years old.
