They are great for the money, no they don't help with the centre sagging. You'll need to heat the bumper up till it's softer and flexible and pack it till the gap is even on the centre and let it cool down.
Would this work with rear bumpers too. Mine is a bit saggy and i hate the look of it. Once they are back in place do they not sag again??.
