They are great for the money, no they don't help with the centre sagging. You'll need to heat the bumper up till it's softer and flexible and pack it till the gap is even on the centre and let it cool down.
Any pics or a procedure on one being done? I wouldn't be doing it myself I would say but would be handy to tell the panel beater or whoever.....thanks mate.
