I had a minor accident reversing off a drive and went over a kerb which caught my 2wd Saff front bumper rubber splitter and ripped the bumper off. Both sides of the original Ford plastic fittings at the top inside the bumper were smashed off and not able to be repaired.
I bought a pair of stainless steel replacement fixing brackets from sierrasrus in Worsley Salford, Lancashire and would like to congratulate them on the superb quality and fit and they have been the perfect solution to re-fit my front bumper. They come with everything you need and all you have to do is drill out the old rivets holding in the original Ford plastic ones and after carefully prising out the black bumper mouldings, rivet the new stainless ones in which are pre drilled to line up where the old rivets were and job done. They have 2 small brackets with captive threads in them at the top and you simply bolt them on at each side where the old funny shaped black plastic fittings were and the bumper is now more secure than its ever been.
So nice to get a product which has been carefully made to do the job with no hassle.
I would have no hesitation in saying to anyone that has a fixing problem with a Saff front bumper to buy these as you will be very pleased with the end result.
