They are Marley mendip old English red and yes they do traditional bedded on tiles and these new clip on type , to me the don't look right with no Mortar around them and I don't like to think a ridge tile is just clipped on , as they are really heavy and wouldn't want one of them coming off . I bet they are just as reliable as bedded on ones it's just I want to keep with the house style.
No I did not look at the vented option
